The Customer Access Point is designed to ensure that Sudbury residents can access council services in the most convenient way for them, as well as recognising that some residents will still need to access services face to face and can access assistance with online services if not available to them at home.
The Advice Team can also assist with many matters including applying for Housing Benefit, Housing registration, Council Tax and Rent enquiries, bus pass applications, to name but a few.
