Sudbury TOWN COUNCIL
customer access point
The Customer Access Point, based at Sudbury Town Hall, is an invaluable local service dealing with more than 15,000 face to face visits per year. The centre is run by Sudbury Town Council in partnership with Babergh/Mid Suffolk district and Suffolk County Councils.
Our Advice Team are here to help with a range of queries and we also offer a gateway to services provided by Babergh District Council and Suffolk County Council. If you're unsure who you need, we're always happy to guide you in the right direction and offer support filling out online forms where needed.
COVID-19 Notice, January 2021: The Town Hall is currently closed for 'walk in' enquiries during local Tier 4 restrictions. This is to ensure the safety of both our staff and residents of Sudbury. We are still providing a comprehensive advice service over the phone and via email and our contact details can be found below. In exceptional circumstances, and if we cannot assist you in any other way, we will resume an appointment only service at The Town Hall week commencing 11.01.2021.
