Please get in touch if you are a Sudbury or Great Cornard resident, are vunerable or know someone who is and require any assistance caused by the COVID-19 crisis. We can help with shopping and prescription deliveries, accessing food vouchers and more.

Shop locally from home on Sudbury's Virtual High Street
Sudbury's indepedent businesses have responded to this crisis with energy, inventiveness and a great deal of community spirit. From afternoon teas in a box, Facebook live sales events, to 'Isolation Packs', our local shops responded when we needed them most. Now they need us!  Visit Sudbury's Virtual High Street for ways to support local online.
Accessing our Advice Services
Although our face to face service is temporarily unavailable, our Customer Advice team are still contactable via phone and email. Our Advice service enables Sudbury residents to access Town, District and County Council services.
Sudbury Community Wardens
Our Wardens are the eyes and ears of our Town and provide a first point of contact for many issues affecting our community. During the COVID-19 crisis they are providing a vital service in supporting Sudbury's most vulnerable households as part of Sudbury Community Network.
Sudbury Town Council Committee Meetings online
Sudbury residents are invited to watch and comment on Sudbury Town Council Committee Meetings online. During the COVID-19 crisis all Committee meetings are being held via Video Conferencing.

Throughout the COVID-19 crisis our Market has been going ahead on Thursdays and Saturdays with essential food traders only and social distancing measures in place.  Our market continues to provide an essential service to our community and an excellent way to buy fresh food locally. Mental Health Support

Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust (NSFT) have launched a 24/7 helpline offering immediate support for mental health difficulties during the Coronavirus pandemic. This helpline is open to members of the public and other health professionals.

UK Government and NHS Guidance
Keep up to date with the rapidly changing UK Government response to the COVID-19 pandemic. This includes guidelines on protecting yourself and others against the virus, travel, work and financial support available.
