Sudbury Christmas Window Display Trail & Competition 2023
Every Festive season we celebrate the creativity of Sudbury's high street businesses with a Christmas Window display trail and competition. Support local this Christmas and enjoy the festive displays created by Sudbury's town centre businesses!
Every year the public vote for their favourite window displays in Sudbury and we also invite the Mayor of Sudbury to select their favourite. The 2023 votes are in, contratulations to this years winners below!
We had a whopping 1023 public votes this year and a huge thank you to everyone who keeps supporting our wonderful Sudbury businesses, and of course to the serious creativity of our business owners!
The Sudbury Christmas Window Display Competition is organised in partnership by: Sudbury Town Council and the bestof Sudbury with support from The Suffolk Free Press.

Sudbury Memory Tree in aid of
St Nicholas Hospice
Thank you Sudbury! £1,095 raised for St Nicholas Hospice.
Every Christmas, Sudbury Town Council and St Nicholas Hospice Care invite you to remember someone special by acquiring a decoration and dedicating it to a loved one no longer with us.
Decorations are displayed on the Sudbury Memory Tree taking pride of place in Sudbury's Old Market Place.
In return we ask you for a minimum donation of £5 the incredible work of St Nicholas Hospice Care. Decorations are displayed on the tree over the Christmas period as a loving tribute to someone you have lost while raising vital funds for this charity providing holistic end of life care. Dedications for this years Memory Tree have now closed.
Thank you to everyone who donated and dedicated a decorationwith a Memory Tree decoration in 2023, we have raised a record breaking £1,095 for St. Nicholas Hospice.

Sudbury Town Council Christmas Opening
Sudbury Town Council Officers and Councillors would like to wish everyone a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
Sudbury Town Council Offices, Community Warden services and Information Desk will be closed from:
4pm on 22nd December 2023 - 1st January 2024.
We'll be back open in the New Year as normal from Tuesday 2nd January.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for our Christmas Light Switch on & Fair held on 24th November. We had a fantastic time and was the best way to kick off our festive celebrations in Sudbury. Thousands joined us in the town centre as we flicked the switch!
The Christmas Light Display stays up until the new year, the perfect backdrop for your Christmas shopping and festive celebrations in town!
