What other information do we obtain from you?

We collect your IP address so that we can audit the use of the website.  We do not link the IP address to anything personally identifiable which means that while you are on the website you are anonymous to us.

  • Are aware of your surroundings, of people viewing your computer screen and documents.
  • Do not leave the computer, workstation or terminal unattended while completing the application.  If you must leave, on some forms you can save the form to complete later.  If that option is not available, cancel the application using the Cancel button and exit from the form or if there isn't a cancel button clear your browser's cache and close down your browser.

  • If you print a copy of your application be certain to collect all copies from the printer and keep them in a safe place.  Shred any copies that you do not need.

Where is the information held?

Any information obtained via this website is held electronically at Sudbury Town Council, Town Hall, Sudbury, Suffolk. CO10 1TL.  We take the normal precaution of backing up all data so that any loss may be restored with the least possible delay.
